在您申請加入會員時，需設定一個信箱帳號，您所設定的信箱也將成為本站與您聯絡的信箱，因此請務必選用您常用的信箱來作為帳號。另外因免費信箱有漏信(擋信)或被歸類至垃圾信匣之可能，請您特別留意。
若需變更密碼，請登入網站會員後在[會員專區]內的[密碼修改]一項進行變更。
如您忘記密碼，請點選[會員登入]後，再點選[忘記密碼]按鍵，填入您的E-mail送出後，系統將發送一封新密碼信件至您填寫的E-mail信箱。
如需修改登入信箱，請來信客服信箱：service@ccr.com.tw
請登入網站會員後在[會員專區]內， [資料修改]中可修改會員資料。
若需變更密碼，請登入網站會員後在[會員專區]內的[密碼修改]一項進行變更。
無法登入會員的狀況如下：
帳號或密碼不對：請您先確認登入的帳號密碼是否正確。密碼有大小寫之分。
如確認輸入正確卻仍無法登入，請撥打客服專線。
The account is blocked by the system:
Having products overdued for more than 2 times (including 2 times).
Refuse to pay for the products after they have been delivered to you for more than 1 time (including 1 time).
Didn't pick up and pay for the products after they have been delivered to the convenience store for more than 2 times (including 2 times).
Cancelling your orders continuously for more than 3 times (including 3 times).
Refuse to pay for the reservation products after they have been delivered to you for more than 1 time (including 1 time).
Didn't pick up and pay for the reservation products after they have been delivered to the convenience store for more than 1 time (including 1 time).
After ordering the reservation products and then insist to cancel.
※Once the account is blocked, it could not be activated again.
※If you violate the rules mentioned above mutiple times, we will restrcict your right to purchase (the system will cancel the orders and block all of your accounts).
