《進擊－傳承》原聲帶是影像之外的一次呼吸：以身體的節拍標記時間，以破碎的旋律記錄誠實。此張作品由導演／製作人 謝雲曲 親自策劃與監製，他將鏡頭裡的場景、拳與喘息的物理感，轉譯為一系列可獨立聆聽的聲景；同時，片中選手 宗健 的每一次出拳、每一次倒下與站起，成為專輯最原始的能量來源與聽覺素材——他的真實為作品帶來流量與共鳴，也讓音樂保持現場的溫度。

專輯融合電子節奏、東方打擊、現場體感錄音與環境音設計：低頻如同擊打的回聲，斷裂的鋼琴訴說內心紊亂，音樂盒的動機化為初心的回聲。全輯以「呼吸 → 衝突 → 靜默 → 再生」為主軸，當聲音與身體對話，觀眾被邀請不只觀看，而是聆聽一場誠實的存在修行。
